By accessing or using the Hotelingo mobile application ("App") or website ("Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.

Hotelingo is operated by Hotelingo.asia ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Hotelingo. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

To access Hotelingo's features, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities.

4. Subscription and Payment Terms

4.1 Subscription Plans

Hotelingo offers subscription-based access to our content and features. Specific plan details, pricing, and billing cycles are displayed in the App and on our Site.

4.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed through our third-party payment provider, 2Checkout (now Verifone). By subscribing, you agree to 2Checkout's terms of service and authorize them to charge your selected payment method.

We reserve the right to modify subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing cycle but will apply upon renewal.

Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at support@hotelingo.asia within 7 days of purchase to request a refund. Refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to our discretion.

All content provided through Hotelingo, including but not limited to videos, text, subtitles, quizzes, images, graphics, and software ("Content"), is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

HOTELINGO IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE HOTELINGO.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
